By signing this agreement you agree to following:
Our end of warranty inspection is an independent assessment carried out by EV Autocentre.
We provide a detailed report on the condition of your vehicle and highlight any areas of concern. However, all warranty decisions are made by the vehicle manufacturer.
Manufacturers will usually require their own inspection and may charge a diagnostic or inspection fee. These costs and decisions are entirely outside of our control.
Even if a manufacturer agrees with our findings, they may still apply their own processes and charges. We cannot influence whether a repair is accepted under warranty.
By booking this service, you acknowledge that EV Autocentre is not responsible for manufacturer decisions or any associated fees.
We follow a fault finding process and guides using data and test results gathered from the vehicle systems, and therefore base repair steps on this. Although checks and diagnosis are carried out no 100% guarantee is given that the fault will be rectified or other faults are hidden or masked by current/ different issues and may require further work or diagnosis.
